The Hebrew Bible iPhone application facilitates the reading and study of the Hebrew Bible in Hebrew, Aramaic (Torah only), or in a parallel translation combining Hebrew with English or French. It serves as a valuable tool for improving one's knowledge of Biblical Hebrew and Aramaic. The application consists of five main components:

1. Bible: The Hebrew Bible can be accessed in various versions, with the option to change versions while using the application. Versions include Hebrew with different vocalizations, Hebrew/English combinations, Hebrew/French, English, as well as specific Torah versions and commentaries.
2. Words: This feature aids in learning about specific Hebrew words and related terms, allowing users to explore words by their roots, search for translations, access detailed word information, and perform word searches.
3. Topics: Links to over 200 key topics from the Wikipedia online encyclopedia are provided, categorized by Bible book, meta topics, and a consolidated list of all topics for easy reference.
4. Maps: Detailed maps of more than 1,000 locations mentioned in the Hebrew Bible are available. Users can view multiple locations simultaneously and explore verses related to specific locations by selecting them on the map.
5. BDB: The Brown–Driver–Briggs Hebrew Lexicon, a widely used Biblical Hebrew Lexicon, is fully accessible within the application. Users can access the complete lexicon or view individual pages via word lookup functionality.

An Internet connection is required for some content within the application, but the majority of core functionality is available offline.
